a bit of help ?

its come to my attention that i suck at two things here.

1) heads up, i either play too aggressively and lose or the blinds bit by bit kill me of

2) final table play. i just lose lol, get to about top 7-5 and die.

any help on either aspects of poker would be very muchly appreciated

my advice is ur a gd player but u dnt concentrate fully try to focus on the game n the game only

also tht u ewill learn to keep playin the way u played to get to the final table

u just need to concentrate m8 thts all so gl wi it

thanks mate, and it is true .. i have the attention span of a cockroach lol
all it takes is a good looking thread on this here forum and i completely forget about my game. I think i shall take a bit more time in the game im playing from hence forth

Welcome to my world hun, I just playing cards and try and mix it up a bit, probably why still no gold lol been close a few times.


You do need the cards to help and maybe tighten up a bit.


But what do I know lol


Heads can always be tricky, just play that game as it comes and not stick to 1 type of play.

lol i saw you the other day in a tourny not being able to get a hand. sames happened to me lately so im playing crap hands to try and catch a break lol.

and i do deffinately need to tighten my game up, but its hard especially when i see people beating AK and AA with cards like 4 and 8 .. shame it never happens to me :/ lol

if u concentrate on the run up tbles to the big one and if u can keep that style of play up you will be a gr8 player so keep focused

know when to fold em know when to hold em i live by that song when playin poker i suggest finding it on the net nad playing it when you play poker it lightens the mood and gets u in the mood for poker

lol, well instead of the 'hold em' song i have my own mantra. When i play the NY times tourney poker after dark is on so im watching wwhat hands people are playing. its just a constant reminder. but thats only like one tournament in a day.
