Lightbulb Great Advice

Slow play a few hands, especially against big bluffers.

The best way to get big bucks to me is to bluff big when the money is low, then slow play when the pots get big.

Don't fold too early, if you flop a low pair and have a higher kicker you may catch the river.

If the bets are low and a lot of people buy in any set of cards can win the pot and catching a full house with two low cards will net you big bucks.

When the flop is all low cards be careful, somebody could have bought in with bad cards and may have two pair. Bet big to find out.

If you are the small stack betting all in is dangerous, a player with a bad hand that calls you can easily catch running cards and take all your chips.

Players will judge your cards by how long you take to think about them. If somebody calls your bet fast they're probably bluffing. If somebody thinks long and hard, and makes a small bet they may have flopped a great hand.

Most players who flop two pair will bet big, but somebody with a flush or a straight will only bet small.

If you have a higher card for a flush or a straight and the bet is small, call a medium bet. If you don't catch on the turn don't play for big money. The chances of catching on the turn are very low.

Slow play a flush if the cards are big. Most players will be playing for a straight while you have the nuts, let them throw their money at you. So take your time calling their bet, make em think you think they are bluffing.

The biggest tip of all is DO NOT PLAY BAD HANDS!! Flop or river you might catch, but so could another player with better kickers or pairs. Wait for your hands, and mix up your betting in the mean time. I lose money before I make the big bucks.

Gowing up playing poker, I have learned many things. The one that sticks with me is: If you don' have good cards fold and do not let other people intimadate you because of this. You can not win if you do not get the cards. I have seen many people bluff--BUT, it eventually catches up with them!!
