Hello all I have recently registered and want to ask a few questions that i didn't find answers to. Sorry if it is written somewhere but i didn't find it
I have a free account and have entered the poker lobby but i don't find any games in the mini-tourney. Why is that?
Why a tournament that says it starts in 06 Am it still says registering?
And a tournament that says it starts at 08 AM it still says only announced? (currently it's 09:45:..)

When you go to the mini-tables, make sure you have both boxes (waiting & running) unticked - This will give you the full list of mini tourneys. Find one that is waiting and you can join it.

I guess you are from east coast America? This would explain the times.
The server runs on Western Coast time, and as such if it says that a tourney is starting at 06 AM then it means it is starting at 06 AM Western Coast ( 11 AM East Coast, 2 PM UK, 3 PM Europe)

No i am not from Amerika - from Europe. When i go to the lobby it says 10:13:04 AM server time and a few cups who should say started say annonced and also in the mini-tourney both squares are unticked but still there are no games

there is problems with the flash lobby right now
try using the HTML one
this should fix ur problem
the HTML lobby is the one tht pops up once u press free tables
if nothing pops up try allowing pop-ups for this site

Even though i have disabled the Pop-up Blocker it still doesn't appear

Log out and then log back in again, the HTML lobby usully pops up straight after you have logged in.

If that don't work, i'm not sure.

Well i restarted my computer but it didn't help.

Try clearing you browser history and cookies, don't know if it will help but worth a try.
