My laptop recently was infected with a virus. My I.T. guys had to reformat my hard drive. Everything seems to work but whenever I try to go into a table I am told I lost connection.

Is there a setting on my Laptop or Windows, which will allow me to see the tables?

Make sure you have the current flash player loaded and, if you chat, a java runtime for your browser. Also, make sure that you are allowing pop-ups and the site from your security software, firewall or spam blockers.

Try allowing all pop ups worked for me.

Hope it helps, so frustrating when not able to get on the site .
