How do i put a face/picture to the name?

How do i put a picture to my player ?
Also when do i loose the Poker Newbie Tag and get a promotion to
Poker Apprentice

to get an avatar your account needs to be at least 5 days old, and you need to have 20 posts. mind you that none of these posts can be spam as they will be deleted and wont count
