Hey, I just started getting into Texas Holdem' a couple of days ago and came across this site. It's great and I've learned plenty in a small amount of time. On another note, I want to make some "poker friends", maybe get some tips etc...

You are in the right zone. Just look for Tip of the Day, Strategic Corner and Tips from the Top Ten and you will have all of the advice you will need to get started on a winning streak. As far as friends go, the members of the FORUM are the friendliest people around, just start chatting and asking questions, you will be suprised how many members answer.
