in the top torny a player went all in on table and then text she had 2 kings i said what u doing no table talk which meens talking about hand before cards on table natually every body folded is this another way of bluffing ..oh yes i beleive in bluffing all part of the game but this was unsportmans like i dont no about rules on table is this allowed .......

no you should not tell after the hand is finshed.it is agaist the rules

it is against the rules to tell the TRUTH about your cards before the hand is done. It's up to the other players to decide whether or not to believe such talk.
example:
if, in this hand, the player showed their KK after everyone folded, then YES, it IS a violation.
however, if they showed a 2/7 off suit, well, then.. you've just been bluffed by the oldest trick in the book, and in MOST games this is NOT against the rules. ( i cannot speak as to what op66 rules are regarding this distinction, tho )

best advice, tho, to avoid any 'misunderstanding' is to just keep one's mouth shut and play a polite game.

Hate to be argumentative, but no one got anywhere in poker by being polite. Poker is psychological warfare, not a "polite" game.
