This only happens to me if I'm playing the tournament and I open the flash lobby, it will open up a new table for me and on the old table it will say someone is connecting with my account but in fact its only me. I don't know if that is happening with you.

If I have AA or KK, raising before the flop should tell other players I have a good hand and they will fold. Ideally I will get one player call, and then I am favourite to win the hand. If I get multiple players call, then the odds are that someone will hit a better hand than me.

So raising before the flop makes complete sense if you want to be a winning player, read any strategy guide and it will explain it to you much better than I can.

N1 Fozzy.. I agree but with AA you will always be favouriate before the flop. Hands like KK QQ JJ are also highly likely to be favourites but go rapidly down the pan once overcards are on the table. The point is if people want to take on your premium pair then they should be made to pay. In the long term this is a winning strategy because the odds are against them calling, therefore if they call they will be making a mistake. You will always find the stories of 5 8 unsuited beating AA but that is because they are unusual.

Cheers

Mac
