Time limit to be seated for a tournament

Hi could someone please let me know how long you have to be seated for a tournament before you are too late,and do you loose your money if you are late ?

after sitting out 4 hands your out, so i think maybe you can be 7 mins late and still play. but dont take my word for it, im just guestamating. and yes you would lose your buyin

At the start time of the tourny there will be a popup with the table you are seated at.
