uploading pictures

sorry i didnt really know where to post this but...

Does anyone know how to add those moving pictures?(lol, i dont know what u call it)

Each time i try to unload them my page just goes white. Is there anthing else i can do to get them on?

am not so good either, today i managed to find a moving picture and added it to my pictures, then to the profile part.
It might be the file size is too big?

Then you need upload it to your picture album and then you need to copy the BB code and then paste in the background space in the top part of the customize your profile.
you can paste it in anyone of those spaces it puts them everywhere you can preveiw it first don't forget to save though otherwise you have to start again.
