A print screen is a essentially just you copying something, the same as copying and pasting. So you will find it by pastuing it on paint/world/whatever the hell else you want to paste it to lol

Yes,you can upload and post any picture you like as long as it doesnt break t&c rules

I've been able to upload pics ( everyone look at my pics )
but each time I try to upload a nice picture for my avitar ,, a picture of some crazy long haired redhead pops up. Any thoughts on how to eliminate this horrific image ?? Thanks

Have you followed the instructions in this thread?
How to customize your forum avatar (screenshot included)
If you have read that thread and you are still having problems changing your forum profile picture then i can only assume it is the size of picture you are trying to use.
Let me know if you get it sorted or not.
