Waiting to get on a ring table

Im a newbie n ive not seen any posts about this so please correct me on this if im wrong.
Wen it is busy on OP66then ppl r usually waitin2get on the ring tables,so wen uve lost all ya chips please "stand-up" n get back on the "waiting list" instead of tickin "re-buy".N if u c any1at a ring table n not playin4a long then u can always contact a moderator.Thanks ppl

i use the waiting lists for ring tables sometimes, but ive noticed a few times now people going broke and yet being able to re-buy, even though im waiting. i was under the impression that you cant rebuy if theres someone waiting, but remember, it doesnt always work. i did post a thread asking about this but havent heard much back about it.
