Why don't I have any money?? =0

Hey guys Im LiveFastDieFun, or at least its what I go by on here =P
I am very puzzled right now. I have only played for 2 days, and haven't had any problems except about 5 minutes ago.

I sat and played in the Newbie 10k max room for like 2 hours, and finally got up to between 3,600 and 3,800 points, and i decided to leave the room. When I tried to join another room it gave like some beeping noise, and said I dont have enough money to enter, when the buy-in is (700-3500). I went back to the main screen where you pick tables and it said i had 167 balance!!!
I am so confused. Usually when I leave a room I get to keep my money, but it took all my money!

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could explain what I did wrong and why I lost a little over 3,500. Thanks alot! really.

I would also like to put that I didnt just go back to the screen once, i refreshed many times before posting the topic lol. Still didnt show up =/

Try logging out and then logging back in. That usually fixes the problem for me when I have problems.

Well, I guess I'll keep that in mind for next time, but I never got the money back. Right now Im up to like 6,900 or 6,800, so i guess it doesnt matter anymore that i lost 3,600 or whatever. Its fine because the game is free. But I will try your suggestion the next time that I lose money.

That has happened to me, the next time I logged in, It was there..

Except that happened with 150,000 points haha xD

I have had it happen to me.. I refreshed straight away though and it was there..But there has been a few people say there's been a bug and there refunding chips?? so if you want them back ask a moderator..good luck

Well from me since i dont have tons of money like most people here, my 3,600 would be nice to have back. Where do I go to ask a moderator?
