Another player leaves

Just heard from oldqb that he is leaving! Will be missed as I always enjoyed our banter on the ringtables. Hope u reconsider friend and come back soon. He would like to say farwell to all those he plays with on the rings, Mel, Slick, USA, etc. Another sad loss!

im sorry to hear the news, hurry up back m8, always a pleasure to play....

to try and answer the question, played with qb a few times recently and it was clear as a mainly ring table player he was becoming increasingly frustrated at the state of play and the lack of a decent game and along with the amount of bad beats suffered was reason for his decision, i maybe wrong and i hope he returns soon..

Steve, you were there the other day when he had a bit of a meltdown after a hand, and it took me totally by surprise. Rad mentioned his leaving to me on the table moments after he informed her that he played his last hand and was "closing his account"... I was (and remain) a bit "cynical", knowing that often the best medicine (still) is a break from the site... and as we all well know, many (not all, but all but most) who leave often return... I share in the sentiments --- a very nice gent at the tables to play with and hope to see him around soon.
