Appreciation Thread......Kudos to.......

I have seen enough posts about things that are wrong with the site, standard of play or with players. It is time to acknowledge what is great about the site. I am listing some of the things I appreciate and invite everyone to do the same.

Positive stuff only in this thread -- save the complaints for other threads and no half - hearted thoughts like .."such and such is good BUT.."

The following is my initial list and is not exhaustive. I will be adding to it later. Please list yours - they may be the same as some of mine.

So.. kudos to:

The site itself. Hours of entertainment and enjoyment.

Ausangel The Texan, King Pete, Starry Star and any other volunteers.Not enough can be said about your efforts. Thank you all.

Sapphire Star for her unfailing and unflagging cheerful good humour.

Crinkle for her continual efforts to entertain through forum 'puzzles.

nice 1 blue a positive thread for a change.

our three regular mods aus tex and mr.slick
always on hand to help when possible.

kingpete and starry goes without saying
for their wonderfull work and time given so freely.

fred mr.slick for time given in seting up little
competions that keep us interested.

telboy for organising past meet ups of which i am
glad to say we were able to attend 1 this year
and he went out of his way to look after us.

and to whitewizard pappy fred nolakay and all those
involved in the titans.. internationals ..and any tourneys
over and above the normal ones.

firstly i thank the internet which brings us all together

secondly i thank Lava for paying and providing this fantastic place that we can meet friends

thirdly i thank the MODS past and present for doing there upmost to keep this a friendly and fun place

fourthly i thank each and every member who comes here and makes it the place to come, meet, laugh.joke and forget all our own problems in our own private lifes

lastly(and most importantly) i wanna thank the big guy above for my wonderful family, kids grandkids who make my life so special

Thankyou to my son who encouraged me to this site nearly 4years ago, where i met, and have since, some really gr8 people...some of whom have become REAL friends out in the real world., alas tho that some are no longer with us in this life.

Thanks for the Original OP66 Birmingham party that started the 'meet up' fever that has taken me up and down the UK and across the pond, where too, i have met some truly great people.

Thanks to Mcphee, for always being at the end of a fone or pm when i've needed her.

Thankyou Mods..... a thankless job at times, but i appreciate everything you do.
