I have been watching the news and the bush fires sound awful. Death toll at 84 as I write this it must be terrifying.


Please keep yourselves, your families, friends and pets safe ,my thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time.

Thanks Cuddycat, it's devastating. As Jack said we not only have fires in the south east but also major floods in the North. I hope all I know take care and stay safe. God rest in peace the ones we have lost. Your in my thoughts and prayers. To all the fire lighters...YOU WILL BE CAUGHT!!!!

My Sister in law lives directly in the affected area. Her Barn burnt down and all her proprty of 60 acres is gone up in flames, only a miracle house is still standing. But fires havent died down yet, they have started up again at the other end of her road and are heading back towrds all the propertys..She is in Clonbinane...most of the houses in her area are gone...Death toll 108, and they could be up to 200...Possibility a local started the fires, the Prime Minister called him a mass murderer...

those so called "fire bugs" should be deeply ashamed, i hope some of those responsible get caught, and are sentanced for mass murder.
my thoughts go to the victims family and friends at this horrific time...
