I think we can all dream of our teams winning the Prem but the harsh reality is that money talks so sadly it will be Chelsea or Man Utd this year, and probably Man City next year.

Liverpool nothing more too say as fan.
But realistic Man uted or Chelsea.
Arsenal budget is 2 low too compete with these 2 giants they play best football in world but also too much young players who don t have routine as experiance players from Chelsea and Man uted or even Liverpool- that is shown with big differance in results this year they lost vs Hull city 2-1 at home, lost too Fulham destroyed lets say Blackburn 4-0 and beatiful game in Championship league 4-0 vs Porto, pore game vs Dinamo Kyev 1-1 last seconds goal by Gallas.
Liverpool as they have money too compete vs Chelsea and Man uted now think some of signings were not so good except we all know who - think we are not prepared too win it this year but it will be close.
Man uted when this alien Ronaldo will be in full shape they will be 50% stronger, scored goal and added assist in last premiership game so he is close too that without him they would be totally different team as we all saw they did not start good without him.
Chelsea too much money on their account - don t like their play but they win and with Drogba back think they are favorites with Man uted too win this season.
