not professionally, i cook because i enjoy cooking and feeding people, there's no better feeling than being well fed and having all your mates enjoy a good dinner. professional cooking is too much pressure for me and would take all the enjoyment out of it.

my favourite dishes to cook at the moment is a morroccan tagine of lamb n veg with cous cous, or chicken dolcelatte with a medley of roast veg n multi mash.

i`ve been working in kitchens for 18 years, and i`ve been a head chef for 11 years, and you`re right. it`s one thing to cook at home, but another to cook for 40 to 60 hours a week.
my last job was head chef in a posh resturant in cowes iow, where i once cooked for princes will and harry, but this job was way too stressfull, i now cook in a little 40 couverts pub, which i very much preffer...
