well my daughter baked these chocolate fudge cakes they looked yummy i told her they tasted yummy ..the truth is they were that hard im going to use them fill in the holes in my driveway ..dont u just love children ..

Brilliant buddy, we've all been there as parents, now I make chocolate buns and my daughter eats them all, it's turned full circle.

got to encourage them in all they do
but nothing stopping u from making suggestion next time about the recipe
"those were good but if u do this they can be even better"
or getting in there and helping out doing it together
my kids and i bake together all the time

lol praise them always xxx tis the the love that counts .. I once had a child use baking soda instead of baking powder .. ohhh boy what a difference .. very hard to keep a str8 face full of praise xxx

Just after the war when folk had to bake their own stuff because of the rationing, my Mother would bake on a Monday, I always got to scrape out the bowl once she'd finished, that was my ration of sweets, the remains of the baking mix, it was delicious.

Hehe though i dont have any kids myself i did remember once when my Niece made me a coffee and put a teabag in it,all i can say is that it was the worse drink i ever had and it was cold and i kept a straight face and drank it all! lol

I often wonder if my three ever heard the sex noises from their room next door, it never entered my head at the time, was probably too busy enjoying myself, but now I wonder. They are all forty+ now so I should really ask one of them lol.
