Again, I will say, I am not out to punish people, especially those with English not a primary language, and my comments pertain mostly to the informational areas. If a member can make a valid contribution to a topic with only a few words, that is fine. If they use only a few words to spam for credits, that does not make me happy.

I promise not to be quite this picky in normal circumstances, but because it relates to what I was saying originally, Colling_woods question was directed at the originator of this thread. You did not even answer him. And your own question took this post OFF TOPIC as evidenced by the very next post. Which will most likely begin it's own debate in my thread. That upsets me as a MEMBER of this community. Not just as a Moderator.

i wont apologise, but i thought he over stepped the mark, and gave him a "short" cooling off period.

Since this went off topic, I will answer the question. JoeCool was given a very short ban for having a link in his signature line that read FREE PORN It is ridiculous things like that which the Staff must deal with every day. However, that is another subject, so let us get back on TOPIC.

Woody, old friend, do not worry, very little has changed. I have simply ASKED politely that members use good judgement in their posts in their best effort to make these Forums Appealing in each category. Informational areas should be neat and tidy with easy to find answers. And all Public Forums must be appropriate for all ages races, nationalities, religions, and every other 'group' imaginable. It truly is that simple.

I would add though that I do not see the point in replying to a four week old Birthday thread, unless perhaps spamming for credits. NO PEOPLE, I am not saying CW did that. It is just something that happens on a very regular basis, and yes, I do delete those if I know that there was no sincerity in the post. Notice I said DELETE, I did not say ISSUE INFRACTIONS. Understanding where you are coming from now....the first post did seem extreme and out of the blue, which caught a lot of people of guard. I don't think it did you many favours i'm sorry to say. I'm sure things will settle down soon.

And to The Bounty Hunter, I do however, believe that the banning of members is to rash. For example: if you clicked the link link on joecools sig for free porn did it not bluff you. (not that i clicked it) I think he was just being cheeky and a warning/infraction at most would have sufficed. (my humble opinion)

This Outlaws bluffing thing has raised many complaints already (another thing to take away from my POKER time). The thing with JoeCool needed immediate action because any newcomer viewing the forums would be seeing a link to inappropriate content and that is not good for the SITE. It was poor judgement on Joe's part, and until we get word from BlackLava on this, our judgement stands. I am sure if he agrees to change his sig line, all will be well, and he will gladly be welcomed back.

Well, I am glad that the forum will be getting cleaned up. It has been annoying to sort through all the stuff that is in the wrong sections to get to stuff you actually want to read for that section. LOL, I am glad I took the time to read through all this as I was quite annoyed at first, but see now Carmine that your just trying to tidy it up which is great and yes take away spam.

carmine m8 i have cashed in all my credits when and if i lose them all i am out forever.this place was fun till 2day.like playing like the forum the best ,if it wasn't for this site i would be in rehab for all my addictions.It has helped me a lot,no more porn no more gambling no more cheating no more going out and stealing stuff .I am a new man

I wanted to reply to this thread last night but Carmine had closed it for 'a few minutes'.
A few hours later it was re-opened but I was fast asleep by then.
I am very pleased with the edit though, and it clears up the point about short replies....I had read the terms & conditions which clearly states short replies are fine as long as pertaining to the original post.

Ok Carmine you are taking away from us fun. Example on crockonianlynda i responded too her thread "bla bla this is too long too read"- btw this was joke( I replayed too person that i know, on other hand it could mean i don t agree with her)and i get infrection for this or don t know how is it called and don t know what means as my English is not very good . Ok it is spam but it is me same as any other poster on this site has something like that now and than. You will see by searching forum many answers that are spam from lots of people. It is not ok what you are telling us that we must stick too topic only cause sometimes comment out of topic could give you smile on face like example: I don t understand half of kingcards posts but in that half posts many can put put smile on my face. In time when mods can t see chat when you give them table number(you said they can t too me in private chat) you are searching forum and you are giving warning for posts that we never got warning from any other mod and on other hand you did not talk with other moderators about that if i read your answer too lfc corectly. We are getting abuse every day on tables, every day on kofth argue about selling chips with bad language on other tables same but no mod is watching that kofth or other tables or correct me if i m wrong. We need help on tables and for sure we don t need warnings for some jokes we made in past on some threads.

BTW: I did not said i got 2 infractions from you i said two warnings!!! It was cause of my fight with deasun. So 1 infraction and 1 warning.

ok people i'v sat back and watched as this thread has got a lot of stick but seen as the main thing said in this thread is that people have the rite to an opinion then here's mine,
the forum has gone down hill with crappy threads and yes you can see which ones are blatant spamming don't get me wrong i like the games and do believe that 2 or 3 word answers are necessary at times but the amount of answers to threads i have seen that have nothing to do with the thread in the first place.
if you have been on the site over a week or two and put a 2 or 3 word answer to something your not going to get banned for it, i'v seen a lot of newbies ask about credits then answer every thread they can with pointless posts and that is what should be stopped. have non of you thought that if we clean up the forum of crappy threads and pointless posts that maybe it mite help speed the tables up or are some of you so engrossed in spamming that you carn't see the bigger picture.
like i said this is only my opinion and like everyone else said i'm entitled to it, i don't mean to course any offence by what i'v said but hope some of you that have been on the site as long as i have or longer can understand what is being said here.

one last thing,,, there are some people on here who's english is not so good and only give short answers to threads, you cannot ban them for that so what do can do?????

there is nothing wrong with one liners that are in context with the thread it's the one liners that have nothing to do with the thread and not done in humour that are at risk.
