Lol yep...the wii is gr8 fun...we were hooked on the bowling...hehe...the olympics is good fun...although i suck at the shooting...hehe...also Carnival is a big hit with my kids...

lmao...he is still waiting for his game to load on his zx spectrum...lol...now that was a console...hehe...i still have quite a few of the old consoles...ive never had the heart to get rid of them..and its gr8 to get one of them out and have a retro night...lol.they include....a binetone...( you know the one with the paddles with the twisty wheels..bright orange and gray..)..an atari ( yep the one with the lovely fake wood lmao) ya cant beat Pacman on the atari or space invaders!!! a saga megadrive..saga saturn...and a N64..

you can now get a mega drive controller with 20 built in games, and a built in screen for 30 quid!! you can also plug it in to you`re tv...

i actually owned the original nes with the gun and robot, sold it for 20 quid about 15 years ago. i`ve heard it would be worth 500 quid with the box (which i had) these days...

I love console games!!!. In our house we have... Nintendo NES, PS1, PS2, X-BOX, X-BOX 360 (on loan from son ),Wii, DS Lites.

I love the Wii, but i love it because my fave games are Zombie slaying games and with the Wii i can play all my old-school game cube games for Resident Evil!!!! AWESOME !!!

I must admit that i am a great Zelda fan too and have it on the Wii and Game cube!!!!
( theres also a small purple dragon that i'm quite fond of too!!)

My daughter loves to play Call of Duty, Time Splitters and Halo across all spectrum of consoles !!! Bless her !!!!!!!!!!

somebody gave me something called an 'emulator', any way apparantly its software has all the really old arcade games, i played it on his computerand it still said insert coin to play and you had to give it an instruction to make it think you'd put your money in. it had space invaders, galaxian, galaga, gorf, tank command, asteroids, tron, etc etc etc. it also had all the games for the atari home console.ive yet to figure out how to install it on my machine.
i did have a second generation nintendo console and used to play supermario brothers constantly until i lost my temper and jumped up and down on it before throwing it out the window.

Though i'd resurect this thread again.

Just bought Silent Hill The Homecoming for my 360 and it's made me jump a few times already and i've not played it much yet LOL

If you liked to original Silent Hill, pretty sure you would like this one, very atmospheric, dark and i without a doubt the further you get into the game the more scary it gets.

Will give more of a review when i get futher into the game.

If you like scary games, so far this is a must, they only way you know your about to get attacked is when you get static on your radio.

Play in a dark room, late at night and on your own for best effect LOL
