My theory is now with the science that is available there is a lot less chance that a man is put to death who is innocent.

But saying that isnt putting someone to death the easy way out, after all the victims of rape live with it for the rest of their lives and it spills out into their familys lives, why shouldnt the criminal have to live with it and I dont mean in the jails we have now with playstations and food thats catered according to your religion.

There was a saying if you cant do the time dont commit the crime that no longer holds true a lot of people in prison here have better lives than they had outside.

ok this might be a bit barbaric, or even a bit futuristic or just plain weird in typical 'sally' fashion...but instead of killing a rapist for example...WHAT ABOUT CASTRATION?!! now theres a good idea even if i do say so myself
to me its not about the wrongly convicted, its about the actual act of murder. i dont see how its wrong for joe bloggs down the road to kill someone, but its ok for the executioner to do it?? why??! who says it is?? a man sitting behind a desk with a gavel in his hand? oh hellooo?!
nope, sorry...gawd help the judge that ever has to condemn me to death coz i'd have a field day with him...yep, bible in hand

on the other note with what you said who has the right to do that to another person? the person that was raped?

sally.....there is a form of this in force in some countries, usually its done medically through medication ( docu from states last year is one place) but it has been found that this is not 100% affective, however, some countries do perform this BY LAW if a crime is committed against either male or female!!!!!

we gonna have another thread on this now....... another law, another country?

because its not their life to take...the murder victim cud do it...but thats not possible...but it duznt give anyone else the right to do it...not in my book anyway

lol i could sit here for ever arguing my point but everyone wouldnt like my answers. as i said before you lose all rights when you abuse someone elses. you say you worked in a morgue, thats a job know one wants but has to be done. same as the person pushing the button. needs must.

actually i begged for the job and its nothing like pushing the button!! working in a morgue is a necessity...people die...sometimes they are left out in fields for weeks and when they are found their families wanna come and see them before they vanish forever...the deceased has to be as presentable as possible...pushing a button to take someones life is not a normal thing to do...no one has to do that, not when theres other options....
as for your answers being different to mine, like i said earlier, thats what its all about. i dont expect any one person to completely agree with anything someone else has said...thats just not gunna happen...if you have a view then you have a view, no ones gunna try to change it...its just interesting to know how other people see things...

im in no way trying to make you agree with me, i ment my answers and views could seem sick and twisted. i under stand the work that goes on in a morgue, i couldnt do it. but i dont agree with housing feeding ect of murderers. and life never is life(not in the UK anyway). personal i dont think it should be humain either. if you stab someone you get stabbed, shoot you get shot. is it odd i think i could do those jobs but not dress the dead?

in most cases, the funeral director dresses the dead i dont agree with feeding and housing them either D, but i'm even more against killing them...i'd put them all in the middle of the antarctic and let them hunt for their own food...i'd make a great prime minister dontcha think?
