You need twenty posts in the forum before you can upload a table avatar. Any old rubbish these days will get you there as long as it isn't spam. At the time of posting, I see this is your first post, so you have a little way to go, try the count to 1000 thread or last post thread ( if they haven't been closed ), you will soon get to the 20 minimum and then you can use the link provided by firecutting.
