Do you hate your job or love it?

ok folks, we had posts on here about our jobs. the reason i am posting this is that i want to know WHY... you either LIKE your job, or the reasons you HATE it. lets vent!

I LOVE my job..... i get to meet different people everyday and then 'stab' them and take their blood!!

Love my main job, get to work from home, no commute, talk to new people every day, help them get their lives in order, no busybody co-workers who waste your day with insane stories of the life they wish they had or who has something they are entitled to without working to earn it... and the coffee is outstanding.

Not so much my second job, lots of grumpy people but that is all part and parcel of the gig.

Going to school and trying to make ends meet, I work part time at a well known shoe store. Like the people but hate the smelly feet and gross toe nails poking through old worn out socks. But, its a job!

I love my job! Ofcourse it helps when you are the owner. I have 34 employees who have worked for or with me for the last 15+ years that I consider family. I can play poker at work with no worries, Come and go as I please, expense fishing trips, fine dinners out and ofcourse late night drinking. So yeah, I love my job!

No, not exclusively. There are some great people too,hence putting up with the others.

I think I like my job?

I have been there 5 years as a General Manager of a sign company.
Love chatting to customers everyday, but not the grumpy ones.
And the boss is very easy going he's Vietnamese and his family are very nice.

I used to really enjoy my job, been there almost 8 years. But for the last year or thereabouts there have been so many changes, 90% of which were for the worse in my opinion. That's the main reason why I quit last week. I leave in 3 weeks time.

i cant realy complain. over the summer i was looking for a lateral transfer to another department, but im still there. 13 years in new york state prison folks... i can say i DONT LOVE IT, but the bennys are good and i work with a bunch of great people, some who i grew up with. i have a pention (1/2 way there) so i consider my self a bit lucky for the economical times we are in. ps.. for those that dont know.. that is where my name comes from. when a dumb dumb inmate asks a dumb dumb question ... i say, STEP OFF!! have a great day op66!

love my job... I tried out many things, got several professions, but I think now I found the "one-and-only". My workmates are lovely, traveling around the world from time to time is really great and taking responsibility for good results is exactly what I like.

Well sounds like many of you are blessed xxx and I want to go to work for water if I can play poker. lol xxx I'm like tracey and buff puff .. blessed to have a job .. but even more blessed because of the wonderful souls I work with. We are really divas at work and we do wear our pink boas and tiarras and make sure to have a gr8 belly laugh every day. And we make others smile with our diva antics.
