today i was successful with an application for a restraining order to be imposed preventing any future incidents in the next 9 months

hopefully when this has fully sunk in i will be able to relax more and start to move forward with the next chapter of my life

i'd like to thank each and everyone of you for your wonderful help and support through a very tough period.

My mum's been with an abusive boyfriend for the passed seven years... It's taken the passed two for anything good to actually happen though, the CPS is crap, and very infuriating.
So, I know how you're feeling, mate. It's no good.
I hope it all works out for you, hopefully things will get resolved quicker for you .
