EXCERCISE FOR THE OVER 40's.....

I saw this in my newspaper today and i just had to share it with you....i might even give it a try myself!!!

PEEL THE BURN....

Begin by standing on a comfortable surface with plenty of room each side. With a 5lb potato bag in each hand, extend your arms out straight in front of you and hold them there for as long as possible...at least 1 minute!
Each day you should find you can hold this position a little longer and after a couple of weeks, move up to 10lb bags. Then, finally, try 50lb bags, which is where i am now.
After you feel really confident at this level...and only then...

















put a potato into each bag!!
