the good times and the bad times

ok, we've had a few music threads but what music represents the good times and what represents the bad times and why.

for me the b-52's song planet claire represent the good time, i'd met a wonderful lady called clare, she was completely off the map, we'd never met each other before, or so we thought, but all our friends we're close friends, we met on new year dancing to planet claire, i was in the dancing flippers, which turned out to be her flippers, we ended up having a really torrid affair, when we went through our foto albums it turned out we had 20 yr old fotos of eachother.

the bad times are paolo nutinis - these streets. i was having a rather torrid affair with the girlfriend of an old acquaintance, she was much younger than me which maybe why i fell for her so much, any way she spent a year playing us off against each other, he treat her like shit and i picked up the pieces, she would run back to him and ring me the next time he broke her. we last saw eachother end january, she gave birth to a son early november.

i don't know.

Good Times - System of A down - Forest. When i was pregnant with my daughter, i used to listen to it on my MP3 really loud on the bus to my antenatal appointments, and when she was born, she would go to sleep to it lol.

Bad times - Nickelback - The first one, with the bottle whatever it was, they all sound the same. I was homeless at the time and going through some really horrible stuff and my world completely crashed around me, and that song was played over and over and over at one of the low points
