Help needed with msn....

Anyone else use MSN live chat?
I could really do with some help..

A few days ago i tried to log in,and it says my account has been blocked...looks like someone has maybe hacked it to spam..

But it dosnt just block MSN chat,has also blocked my email account,so have no access to that...

I have to answer Questions to verify that i am the correct user,and send them via a different Email adresse so i made a Gmail account and did this,twice,just not getting anything back..

Im thinking i could just start from scratch with a new email address,but this would lose me loads,and every site on net including this one has my email as verification of who i am...

Really getting stressed out now..help!!!

hello m8... just a thought, im not a typical user of msn but do use similar and sometimes am blocked from logging in if im logged in using my phone of lappy. Your not already logged in via another unit are you? could be the issue m8. like a say just a stab in the dark.

Thanks for that mate..but no only ever use on laptop..im just worried mostly about the implications if i have to completley change my Email adresse

Hi Ulti, it happened to my wife. She had been receiving lots of spam and it would send out more crap to others in her address book/contacts. Someone must have reported it as spam and then the "over-seers" close your account. There is a way of retreiving it but you must give a contact number that they can resend you a new password. Unfortunately, they do not list dialing codes for all countries on the drop down. Then you go around in circles trying to find someone to contact for days.
Bloody nightmare, hence to say she has lost all contacts and complete access to her hotmails.
Hope you are not in the same boat.....cos it sunk!
