Why is it ok for everyone to praise all the good things about this site but wen sum1 posts anythin about the sites problems every1 has a go at you for complainin

My partner played on this site first and decided to sign me up. I had never played a game of texas hold em before. I was blown away by the welcome I recieved. That's why I LOVE this site. I know that if I needed a shoulder I could ask anyone here weather I was aquainted with them or not, for some support and advice. I would get it in a second. I have a great family in reality but it doesn't compare to my family here.. It only takes a thoughtful pic in my profile to make my day complete. I don't need to escape any probs in my life at the moment but for all those that do, this is the place to come and have a few laughs. We're like the virtual CHEERS :P
I would like to thank all the people that take the time to say hello to me or post the nicest pics on my profile. You guys and girls mean the world to me and I hope one day I can return the favour and some how make your days complete.
As for the negatives, I can always find the positive. If anyone has any probs getting to the tables there is always a friendly face in chat that can offer help. You'll have so much fun chatting to all, that sometimes you might forget you couldn't get onto the tables..
