Ooh, I thought I was going to say baseball, because I truely love it... but most passionate about "Le Tour de France." Have followed it for many years and can't wait for the time when I actually get be one of those drunken people running with a flag next to my favorite cyclist (oops, not very ladylike, sorry )

I must say Iam very proud of the Munster rugby team too.Was watching todays match against Clermont and it was brilliant to say the least.These guys are real men unlike footballers who roll around the place the minute anyone goes near them...Nothing like the heiniken cup rugby final....COME ON MUNSTER............

Well now corkonianlynda, in response to your question,would i blow the whistle and stop the game for hand ball. Of course i would hun,but then another sport springs to mind[The 100 mtrs sprint]the world champ and record holder Bolt,your right even he would have to sprout wings to keep up with me,especially with those 30 big strapping blokes on my tail. lol

Surely the tour de france is the most grouling of all sports.Most sporting events dont last longer then a couple of hours,but the TdF goes on for weeks.It started in Ireland a few years ago and we had the pleasure of watching them guys cycling around Cork city...Hasnt Lance Armstrong won it 6 or 7 times in a row.And your right about him surviving cancer...Is he one of the greastest sports persons of all time...Theres a good thread for ya Slick pal......
