New poker layout - Help Needed

I don't understand whats going on with this new poker arrangement. I try going on as I normally do but it wont let me log on like i used to. It says that my username isn't recognized but how is that even possible when I've been playing under the name egg for the last 2 months? Help please? I've lost my 9mil in chips and cant get them back as it says i only have 1000 now.
