Why not? A big part of poker is to understand your opponents and if u play multible tables you wont be able to keep track of how everyone is playing.
At the beginning I played three 1k tourneys at the same time all the time but i didnt get anywhere. I won a little cuz i played 3 but i also lost since i coulnt read my emenies good enough. I was not gaining or loosing. Then i decided to only play 1 all the time and gues what, my chips incrased rapidly and today I only let myself play at 2 tables max.

What is your main concern? There are several people who will play a ring game while they are in a tournament or multiple tournaments, or multiple ring games.

As was said above, if you see someone on multiple tables there is a good chance that they will lose track and make mistakes unless they are very organized.

In the past this was an issue because there were limited tables and people were waiting 10 deep at high tide to get on a table at all. This is no longer the case as BlackLava and the OP66 team have added a monsterous number of table (thank you Team OP66).

So, as I asked, what is your major concern about this?

Reply to Towering Texan..

Personally I have no real objection to people playing multiple tables.. but I only ever normally play one at a time and it is quite clear that those playing multiple tables are generally much slower at responding and it can make some games very slow.

I have no problem people taking time to consider a hand when needed but often its a long pause for a fold or check before the flop.

When I have played 2 tables at once (some people are on 4 at a time) I know that sometimes people are waiting on me cause I have just been put all in on another table and need to think about what I am going to do..

I think its a matter of etiquete

However far be it from me to stop people having fun playing multi tables.

I have no strong objection to people playing multiple tables, but it can be frustrating when it causes slow play due to someone trying to spin too many plates at one time.

Play fast tables then, its much better cuz if they multi table their time run out unless they are really fast.
