To tell you the truth the whole thing is crazy. On a local radio show i listen to the Radio personal have been asking people to call in and try to talk him into why MJ has the power to run peoples lifes. People have killed them selfs and gotten MJ tatoos and all sorts of crazy stuff. I do understand he was an icon but come on people. Killing yourself because MJ is dead??? WTF kind of society is this anyways? MJ's only diffrence from any of us is the fact that he was a good musician and thats it!! Will they make a big deal out of our deaths? No! But they should! People on OLP66 are the most real of all people! GOD BLESS US ALL!!!

It would be okay comparing Jackson to Huntley and West had he actually been convicted. No matter what you say, the bottom line is he was innocent, you have no proof to say he wasn't. Plus, raising the amount of money and helping the way in which Jackson did outweighs what either of them did with their building and with their caretaking. The original post doesn't put anything into perspective, it just makes out that Jacko was some freak who did nothing good for the whole and just entertained.

Ok m8 NOW tell me Jacko DIDNT have the best lawyers (like OJ)and was a perfectly NORMAL man ,who was just misunderstood by those of us with no desire to sleep with Chimpanzees or young boys and then pay vast amounts of money to their parents (apparently for no reason )

why is it that every thing YOU believe about him is the absolute truth , yet anything against him is (according to you ) total crap ,could it be that like so many people you automatically assume that anyone famous is a saint ? or is it hero worship sending you blind to anything else ,

MICHAEL JACKSON - he preached peace and healing his WHOLE LIFE.....even throughout his stolen childhood......yes, he was a whack-a-doodle....but aren't all genius' whack-a-doodles?

no i think your find its just a difrence of opinuon i tend to see the best in peplo and even when i dont i wouldent start slagging them of in public when thay have no chance to defend them selfs

Now here is the sad part in all of this.......why are we arguing over which of these three deaths should get more attention when there is genocide in darfur, children being sold as sex slaves in china, priests molesting kids worldwide, present day slavery right here in the usa, christians killing muslims, muslims killing jews, protestants killing catholics, catholics killing protestants, etc., etc....

I have to believe that if any of those three could come back to life for one day, they would spend that day trying to get through to our thick skulls that we need to worry more about the above mentioned topics vs. Whose death should get more attention.....

Personally....my thoughts and prayers are with the family members of the deceased "stars".......i just hope that they are all buried in the usa so when their rotting corpses eventually turn into fossil fuels, the government of my country will have less of a reason to stage another 9/11, invade a foreign country, and slaughter its' people all in the name of oil......................(well, greed if you wanna get to the root of the problem)......

Having the best lawyers or not, he was innocent and you have no evidence that says otherwise other than some money grabbing people who claimed that he did it. I agree, the media have blew it all out of proportions, he died yet they're making it out to be the end of the world. The media do it because it makes money, they're doing their jobs. Jacko's death has been the biggest news story for the last 2 weeks because it is worth the most. You make it out also as if the soldiers who have died of late in war are just forgotten. They are remembered annually and will always be remembered no matter what. Not only that but what if the families of those soldiers didn't want coverage. I agree they are worth more than Jacko's death and I agree that the government and the media have been wrong in the amount of coverage it has received but I don't agree with the original post. I don't think it's right that Jacko is made out to be some weirdo when the other two pople mentioned above him are made out to be saints too, just to make Jacko look even worse. He isn't and wasn't my hero, I'm not shallow enough for him to be my hero but I still respect what he did for music and what he did for charities and for people were as you and whoever made the e-mail you received don't.

MJ admitted to inviting boys to his bed in a live television interview for one! Whether anything happened or not if it was me or you we would have been prosecuted and rightly so.....

There was someone else who died on the same day as MJ the pioneering surgeon who separated cojoined twins and spent his whole life transforming disfigurements yet do we know his name No! because he was a modest self assuming man who got on with his job and his reward was seeing the smile on his patients faces.

Michael Jackson is without a doubt one of the best entertainers that modern times has ever seen, but undoubtedly he had his own personal demons which almost destroyed him.

What I find quite ghoulish is the fact that all these so called "friends" were no where to be seen when he was in a low way and having money troubles but yet are all set to make a fortune out of his death.

The man is dead let him rest in the peace he didnt get in life.
