smoke free zone

i did not want to make a new years resolution to quit smoking because i always break those, so i quit smoking on the tues 29th dec,and no help with patches or other gimmicks just will power so if you have found my behavior differnt latley you now know why,yes i am climbing the walls and stuffing my face with chocs but its nearly a week smoke free and felt i had to share it with you

Woop woop tel ... stay strong hun and lean on anyone who can help ... and be mean and grouchy too if ya need. I quit almost a year and a half ago, and still want one everyday (even cheated this summer with a cig on Saturdays for a wee bit). Took that nasty drug called chantix, but I have to admit it was a miracle worker despite the horrible side effects. You've got thru the hardest part hun ... and each day does get easier ... take one day, one hour, one minute at a time and lean on anyone that can help and support you. wd hun xxxx star
