i cannot even begin to try and explain how i am feeling right now, my head is all over the place, one minute i am fine and the next i am in a bad way. I do not want to be like this, i want to live a normal life like everyone else. This is so bloody hard. I felt as though i had finally hit rock bottom and i am not proud to say, i tried to take the easy way out. I am feeling much better today after a good sleep and i am in good spirits (i dont mean vodka ) anyways i will continue to try and remain upbeat as much as possible
