well,I'll be the first to answer Aussie!...the best thing in my life is EVERYTHING. I'm a very lucky bloke. Have a great job,groundskeeper on a country estate in Scotland,beautiful place to live,surrounded by mountains,see deer,buzzards,kites and red squirrels on a regular basis. Have a beautiful,wonderful lady who loves me way more than I deserve,and some lovely pets. And yesterday I won my first op66 poker tourney. Hope your day improves mate.

what works foe me is..

i sit and reflect on some of the awful things that are happening around the world at the time, and then i realise that my problems are not so bad..

at present there's that hurricane heading towards the south coast of the US..

my problems are trivial compared to theres..

then of course theres my grandson..he no's how to cheer me up

Well i agrre with you all my missus and kids are the most amazing thing in my life even better cwhen there on my harley.(not game to say how much i love that incase the wife see's) Anyway feeling much better today dont even really know what i was worried about yesterday i guess it was just one of those days.
