Default 1st Major Tourney Win!

I suppose it's been my weekend!

I won my first major tourney ----- the 50,000 'Debt or Credit' tourney.

I gotta tell ya ------- there are some AWESOME players on this site ------ what a final table ------ incredible competition -------

Here's a funny part ------ I have my equipment (modem/router/slingbox) set to re-boot at midnight every night ------- the tourney didn't end until about 11:15pm (EST) -------- I was getting real nervous that I'd lose the connection (whole re-boot process takes an hour).

But anyhow ------ on this site, I was truly believing that the one thing that would NOT come my way was a major tourney medal, much less the GOLD. So, this one felt good ------

Major thumbs up for the OLP66 web site!

Nice one mate, it's a great buzz to get your first medal, especially when it's gold.

LOL!

The hour is merely because of the technology that is handling the re-boot ------ old fashioned "light timers" that you use to turn lamps on and off when you aren't home ------ everything shuts down at once, but the three devices, which are set to come back on sequentially, the tightest increment is like 15-20 minutes or so ------- but yes, if I were to theoretically invest a portion of my winnings to upgraded technology, then I'd get a digital timer and could complete the process in a matter of 5-8 minutes or so ------

Now........... how to convice 'Lava that he needs to cut me a check for about $11,000,000 USD (I'll leave the extra $200,000 or so on the table for future playing).................................

The check's not the hard part,m8...it's keeping it from bouncing that's the tricky part.

I have to believe, Jimmy, that your time is not too far off ----- you have 7 silvers and 4 bronze ------- well done!

I have a long way to go to catch up to those numbers ------ and of course, KingCard, the tourney champion of champions ------ 11 golds, 12 silvers, and 3 bronze (bummer for him, he finished 4th in the tourney that I won )

I'm a mere student when it comes to the likes of all of you!
