Oh My Gawd,
Just had my most expensive losing hand.
I reckon I played it pretty well, but it cost me $50.
I had AA, raised it 5 times bb ($2.50)
Big Blind raises to $5 so I raise to $10 and he calls.
FLOP:7,8,K
He bets $10.
I reckon he's hit a King so go all in $40, he calls.
Then, lo and behold another king.


King, 2 and he calls my reraise TWICE!!!!!

Wow king duce and he calls the reraise.... oh you forgot that they were suited... So the donkey gets rewarded.. ouch

Another bad beat.

That is why bankroll management is so important. As long as you were playing at a table appropriate for your bankroll, then OK, it hurts, but you take note of the donkey and catch him next time.

Unlucky Capt, as fozzy says if it was within your bankroll management then yea I'm sure it hurt but hopefully you can absorb it.

I just want to add, I've been watching your posts on the $500 challenge thread throughout the year and I admire you for what you have achieved. It shows you have great self discipline and patience, the two key things I lack when it comes to bankroll management. I suspect your attitude will let you put this bad beat behind you and continue to have success in the long run.
