Lost 2 euros last night (playing like an idiot) so thought i'd try make up for it today

Sat on a 4 seater with 2 euros, with intention of doubling up, spent about 20 minutes playing and barely hit a hand until this:



There was no raise preflop, and betting was small until the river when it went BOOOOM

congrats. if I'm playing short handed I expect to have to rebuy almost as often as I expect to double up. The fewer the people, the wider the hand range, the more action, the more variance.

Good job though. Keep grinding it out, and I expect to come watch you at nose bleed stakes games one day.

highest ive played is 10c/20c stakes i made the decision a while back to cash out on op66 and start again... wouldn't you know i had over $130 on here once? took a chunk out for safe keeps

Now got a whopping $6.50 !!!

That's not bad. I haven't even played that high. My highest is where I'm at now of 5/10 cent. And even though I'm rolled for it I still get a little nervous playing because I see $200 as my floor before I have to drop back down, and a couple losses get my right back there.

Are you playing with your whole bankroll? Cuz $6.50 is about what you won in that hand alone.

Not quite whole

I just dont like sittin down at a table with just 40 cents, would rather enter towards top end of buy-in level

oh I definitely understand. And when you are that low it's hard to follow BRM as strictly, but there are lower stakes than 2 euro NL. You could play 2 dollar or even some sit n gos or tourneys.

I mean with that small amount it doesn't matter. I'm not saying you do one thing or another, was just curious and throwing out more options (but you probably already know those options).

I wouldn't recommend anyone sit down with 20 BB to a table anyway. That's suicide.
