I tried to slow play initially hoping to gain more chips, but after rad's raise I don't think I'd any choice except to all-in.

What would you have done?

Lucky remember that hand, should have raised me instead of checking, u had the hand, but sensing weakness I took a chance and bet on that. With a larger raise i might have back off. lol

what was it MTT ring or sit n go? i find slow play dosnt work online i woulda all in. live i woulda bet the blind see what the other person does.

Hi rad, thanks for posting. I was expecting a BB raise, not a pot raise. If it had have been only 300, my all-in may have been effective, but after a pot raise you had little to lose by calling me - a very good move and obviously what you intended.

Thanks for the advice though, next time I'm short-stacked I'll definitely not slow play lol

but the first time I only called, when u checked. And yes slow play when short stacked, I would have gone for it. Unfortunately doesn't also work. Alas , such is the game of poker.
