Default KK vs. AA

On the Hetmans tourney I picked up a pair if Kings. Made a good bet before the flop. Then after the junk flop made another good bet. Always afraid of potential straights and flushes with a good pocket pair. The turn card was junk, showed no straights or flushes so the only thing I was worried about was a lower pocket pair that yielded trips. Went all in and lost to NotTheMessiah with pocket Aces.

I know that getting pocket AAs are a 1 in 200+ event. My question is, what are the odds on a 10 player table of one getting KKs and another getting AAs????????????????????????

By the way - Nice Hand NotTheMessiah. Hope you make good use of all my chips.

it is a myth that pocket aces is the hardest pocket pair to get. there are four or each kind, therefore the odds of getting two aces as your hole cards are the same as the odds of getting pocket 8s or 10s, etc.
