My first win in a tourney

I am so excited that I was No.1 .
I needed the 20K chips.
I started playing on the poker site just before you changed it. I did like the old system it had so many tables for beginners, which gave me a chance to learn and make chips at the same time. I dont see those tables anymore.
I lost 130000 chips one day at the old system and you told me I played on a beginners table, I do forgive you!!!!!. It is much harder to win now then on the old system. I am not sure if it just me, or if the system changed.

I did not give up when you changed the site and even so there are many things I dont like, I always come back to it and I will play to make lots of chips. I do like the site now......

I have just one little complaint. I know that I am new and nobody knows me and therefore hardly anybody acknowledges that I am playing to get onto the topliste (dream on you say....)
I understand that many of the old players (not in age) have been playing for a long time and they all know each other, but it would be nice if they sometimes would see that the newcomers also want to join the family.

Akire say hi on the tables and you may be suprised by the response. It does depend on which tournaments you play in and whos there of course but you will normally find someone to say hi to.

Also the chat room is a great way to meet people and chat you will get to know a lot of people very fast.

Hi Danzi!

It means a lot to hear from you. Yes I have played on the PO66 tourney at 21:00 a few times and made it to the last table, but did not get a medal...just points.

I will try to get to the chat room and see what is cooking. I am a little older and therefore a little shy........It is often a little hard to play and talk at the same time.

Welcome to the site, you maybe new but as cuddy said you will be made most welcome. If you talk on the tables in op66 tourney's you will make friends. If you like to talk and want to make friends why not join STL group who hold a tourney every Saturday night and are just the most friendly folk who love to chat.

I am so happy that I had so many positive responses from all of you. I am sure in time I will know more people I play with on the tables.

I do like the tourneys, because it is so different to play, because I can see that you are a big family. I read that you are having a PO66 party.
I am not sure where all the people are located, but I find it interesting to know that we all get along thru the game of poker. I find it rewarding to play in a tourney and then get to to the end and win. The talk on the tables is always great not like on the open tables where people call each other names.

Hi akire, the op66 tourneys are very friendly, I can find the others a bit cold. I try to chat with people and it can be hard in them. I too am shy and it took me a long time to chat much when playing, so I know how you feel. Talk to me anytime, I can be dizzy and miss people especially when watching the cards, so give me a shout.

Akire.. I'm pretty new too... But I've cyber met a lot of really awesome people!... I promise, if you hang in there, talk friendly and nice to people. The people for the most part on this site are really warm and friendly people.. Even if ya happen to win ~lol~. Sometimes I feel really bad for people here I beat, but I always feel great win I see a friend I've been chatting with do well, even if it was at my chip stacks expense.
