Well played baddog4, gave nothing away with a flat call from small blind, then completely trapped me with the check on the flop.

Second pair looked good to me at that point even with the weak kicker. I guess I could have checked also, but didn't want to give baddog4 the chance to improve his hand on the turn or river, so went all-in expecting to just take the blinds and antes.

Oh well, you live and learn, duly noted for future reference.
