I didn't get one gg or ul (or a sorry from oviduib). Just "new and exciting" flop, gone, and no words. I just recently decided to come back to the play chips side b/c I was making friends and talking more to people on the forum, but then this happens. I won gold last night and tried to give it another go, but ridiculous play. I had just folded JJ to Jay's 10+X cutoff raise. He had KK and showed (because I told him I folded Js) and he said he would have called. I said it was too much (I knew how fast he liked to play big hands from the "how to play AA preflop" thread) and with a tenth of my stack gone by the flop I knew I was going to have to commit or just walk away if he bet again which I knew he would likely do. So when he said "and that wasnt a little too much?????", It got "lol"s and still no one said one "gg" or "ul" or anything. I'm sorry but I don't have time for this anyway. If friendliness is gone, the only thing left is Pete's lovely medals, and those are just too far between.

Hey Duke if I had been there I woulda told ya gg and it was very unlucky...I been here quite sometime, and some ppl. just don't txt...I don't think that oviduib has ever said one single thing to me...

Thx girls! I think I've let the steam go a little. I was mainly mad at the dealer and the other stuff just piled on to it. I wasn't expecting ovi to talk (I'd never seen it before either). I wasn't being the most chatty myself (since I was preoccupied with another tourney). The only big talkers were Saph and Jay. Saph was preoccupied during the next hand against oviduib being a bully again and pushing her off 2 pair (and she probably wasn't paying attention to mine), and we all know Jay likes to joke around. It was a bad tourny all around for me, but giving all involved the benefit of the doubt. Still going to make my OP66 tournaments a rarer occurence again (Doing a lab rotation for my Ph D currently and starting classes for Med School in August). Anyway, thanks again to those who are consistently friendly. Don't know how some of you have the energy for it (e.g. KingPete playing so many tournaments, consistently doing well in them, making medals, friendlily chatting, etc.) even after family members are sick or pass away. I look forward to seeing you all when I can make a tourney!

Looking at the chipstacks, that looks like the 2nd or 3rd hand of the tiurnament.

There are plenty of players who hate getting a 'gg' when knocked out that early.

this is silly. so what. just a game. ppl dont have to say anything. play if u want, dont think u can expect ppl to say sorry/gg/nh all the time if they cba. it really doesnt matter to me at all. so what u had a bad beat, u want someone to kiss it better? ... aint gonna be me.
