Ok. I take it you're on downloaded version, not flash..

1. Go to poker lobby
2. Click my account
3. Click open personal directory
4. Double click hand history
5. Double click missy_cilia file
6. Find the date of when you got the hand you're looking for(should be near the bottom of the list) then double click that date.
7. Search the text documents from that day. May take a while to find, but they are all there.
8. Highlight wanted text in blue (hold left button and drag)
9. Copy highlighted text (hold "Ctrl + C)
10. paste text on thread (hold "Ctrl + V)
