Looking at your stack (under 10bbs) I woulda probably just shoved pre, and probably just won the hand there..
Still very unlucky nonetheless.

I really dont see a single comment on here gerbie about your play. Future just wanted some feedback on how HE played the hand.
As for why people leave the site, I highly doubt its due to bad beats mate...

Getting back to the hand though, you were unlucky to lose this future, but remember you'll win this every other time. Just bad luck...

Hey Gerbie, my post wasnt meant to be a reflection on you.... i was just curious as to other peeps thoughts how i played the hand. The 'sh*t on the shoe' comment was a bit of fun coz you have been very lucky with some calls in recent games. no probs with that, we all have and love a bit of luck sometimes. thats poker. Of course you was entilteld to play that hand, and like teebs says, i didnt say otherwise. So if you think i was sort of complaining about your play, you've missunderstood my post.

dont think you played it wrong at all future, cant beat luck plain and simple..at the most i would have on the turn gone all in but i think he would have called it,not sure what read you had on his hand -a set perhaps ?,but i think from what im reading if he had a set he was all in on the flop if he had flopped it..speculating here..bad luck m8..

with 2400 or so chips that leaves u with less than 6 trips thru the blinds BB and SB ( I like to use this instead of BBs to calculate but thatsjust me) so allin preflop would be what id do. Now if it had been aces maybe ur play would be ok preflop but even with aces id probably push in preflop with that stack size. As for gerbie, u made it cheap enuff althogh id not called out of position their. He likely put u on AK or an underpair after flop. Not critizing either of ur play though all I can do is tell ya what a goofball like me would do LOL.

Future, you played it as well as could be m8 and the only card that cost you, was that Qs, Im thinking without that he would of folded unless it was replaced by another . As for the KKs well it was looking ok with 3 different and no A on the flop. Gerbie was entitled to see it through though with that extra and the Q on board. Its A good debatable thread my friend from A top player, so interesting to see what others make of it. Steve.

I would have played the same Fut, Gerbie just got lucky but can't blame him for staying with the QQ, just lucked out hitting the flush. Same has happened to me.

All the money went in on flop or am i missing something, a couple of responses mention the flush draw, their was no flushdrw till turn. But I agree nothing wrong with the way it was played. I enjoy this kinda stuff I have no life cept poker LOL
