About Big tourneys setup!

My idea is to try the 5 hour revolving schedule for lets say three or four days so you could get a realistic idea of whether it will work or not. Three or four days would also allow more people from overseas to get a feel of how it could work. Now to look at the buy in amounts, taking the other ideas into consideration. Would it be possible to set most of the big tourneys at 5000 as suggested however keep maybe one or two at 1000 but limit those to players with lower chip counts as you do with newbie tables thus giving the newer players a chance to experience a multi table tournament. And also have one million chip buy in for those who want it; scheduling it at a time where the most players at that level who want to can play. That kind of fills the most needs. Just a few ideas from a rookie.

I only suggested the 5 hour revolving because that would give everybody an opportunity to play at some time. As I have taken on another job, I no longer have an opportunity to play in any of them the way it is set up. You can't please all the people all the time, but you could please all the people some of the time. Whatever you come up with is what we will deal with.

Ok, we could give it a try for a few days sure, what about such setup :
- One big tourney each 5 hours (making it revolving)
- The buyins would be : 1000 - 5000 - 5000 - 50000 - 5000... and then cycling back to 1000 - 5000...
- Each saturday at 8-9PM Uk time we will add a big 500k buyin big tourney (no matter if another tourney will be running same time) : the top3 of those tourneys will be posted on forum.

It's just an instant idea, if you think we should need more 1k big tourney or if you have any other point : Post here!
