Blinds are 75/150 how come I only got 150 surely it should have been 225?

The dealer returns 75 to you, leaving 75 of yours in the pot to match the small blind. You then win your remaining 75 plus the small blind's 75, so the "win" is called 150 when you actually receive 225.

As stated, you matched Telboys bet of 75 and therefore won 150 in total; your other 75 was automatically returned to you.
