 cards dealt face down? In the first hand of a tournament I had cards dealt to me face down. Anybody know why?

| i believe you , man,.. its happened to alot of us. its kinda fun wihtout the little black box telling you what you have, huh?.. sometimes i stay in just outta morbid curiosity to see what i actually had. but really, dunno the answer as to why, except to blame it on the lag,.. everytime its had happened to me it goes in conjunction with what seems to be a verrrryyysslloooowww deal,..but by the second hand in, it seems to have worked it self out. doesnt make it any less annoying or help to build confidence in the server, but,.. there ya go... |

| Its happened to me several times.....always seems to be the first hand only. By the way...i'm from downunder....could be why !! lol

| It happens frequently but always corrects itself by the second hand. What with that and last night's server crash, for a pay site, things have to get a lot better before anyone will have the confidence to risk their dosh on playing. Sad but true. |

| it's happened to me, i hit F5 and couldn't get back on the table  but what i dont understand is if some ppl are betting when they carn't see the cards?? thank for letting me know it corrects it's self, dont hav to risk hitting F5 anymore  |

| this thread has given me an idea on how to win again cover my cards and only look at the cards in the middle and bet on the blind..... bet, bet and hopefully win lol |

| lol it sucks when you get knocked out, having gone all in on k/a suited against some dick who called with 2/8 offsuit... but it's happened to me on numerous occasions. i was always curious too. i don't htink it's lag though, because generally i don't have that problem, and it happens when my computer's fnie. |

| Yeah, there was no lag when I got mine now that I think of it. It was in a tournament though, thats for sure.

| On the old script, when i used to come to the real side for the freerolls, the majority of my first hands would be face down. Now I always miss the first hand, I'm always forgettin about the games lol |
