cards dealt face down?

I just got one of those in a heads up game, he only had an ace high, but I lost.

I didnt even get to see my cards when they were flipped. He said he was add(attention blablabla) and he wasnt watching to see if he could see what cards he beat.

Hi, this happens to me first hand every time on the 10k sit and goes. A few times I have gone with the flow and bet blind and have won a few hands, lol. Think someone is looking into this problem.
